农业水资源管理机制问题初探

• 摘要： 我国水资源的人均占有量尚未达到世界的平均标准，而我国又是一个 农业大国，水资源的缺乏和农业的发展之间存在着一定的矛盾，只有解决好这 个矛盾才能更好地促进我国农业的发展。但是现在我国的农业水资源管理体制 还存在着一定的问题，解决这些问题是保证我国农业水资源可持续发展的重要 保障。本文阐述了我国农业水资源管理中存在的问题，并分析了产生这些问题 的原因，在此基础上提出了完善我国农业水资源管理机制的具体方法，旨在使 我国的农业获得更快的发展。
• China's per capita possession of water resources has not yet reached the world's average standard, and China is a large agricultural country, there is a certain contradiction between the lack of water resources and the development of agriculture, only to solve this contradiction can better promote the development of China's agriculture. However, there are still some problems in the management system of agricultural water resources in China. To solve these problems is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of agricultural water resources in China. This paper expounds the problems existing in the management of agricultural water resources in China, analyzes the causes of these problems, and on this basis puts forward the specific methods to improve the management mechanism of agricultural water resources in China, in order to make China's agriculture to get faster development.
