Abstract:
Because the traditional economics teaching system cannot adapt to the enterprises’ demand
for practical and innovative talents in the rapidly changing business environment, now the proportion
of situational teaching styles presented by case-method teaching has been increasing in educational
practice. How to improve student participation and encourage their concerns for a group discussion
has become the key to the success of the case method teaching. This paper aims to solve the abovementioned problems by integrating Task-driven Teaching and Team-based Learning teaching methods in
the case method teaching. It has proved that this integrated teaching has significantly improved student
participation and their concerns for a group discussion as well as the problem solving and analytical skills
of students.
随着商业社会的急剧变化,传统经管类教学不能满足企业对实践型、创新型人才的需求,以案例教学为代表的情境式教学模式在教学实践的比重得到不断增加。如何提高学生参与度,激发整个讨论小组全体成员的积极性等问题成为案例教学法在实施过程中成功的关键。本论文把 TDT 与 TBL 教学法融入案例教学中,旨在解决案例教学过程中存在的上述问题。实践证明这种融合的教学方法显著提升了学生参与度和团队成员整体的积极性,有效提升了学生的分析解决问题能力和实践能力。
