• Abstract: According to the interview outline, the semi-structured interview is carried out. According to the shyness situation of primary school students, it focuses on the in-depth investigation of primary school students’ views and attitudes towards shyness, as well as the analysis of the specific situation of primary school students’ shyness. In view of this shyness phenomenon, this paper analyzes the influence of shyness on the self-esteem level and self-concept level of primary school students. Through the semistructured interview, we can understand the real thoughts of shy primary school students, and help them understand themselves correctly. 根据访谈提纲进行半结构化访谈，针对小学生羞怯的情况，重点深入调查小学生对羞怯问题的看法及态度，以及分析小学生羞怯的具体的状况。 针对这一羞怯现象，分析羞怯影响小学生的自尊水平以及自我概念水平。通过半结构访谈，了解羞怯的小学生内心的真实想法，帮助这类学生正确认识自己。
