• 摘要： 如今，志愿服务活动越来越作为一种普遍的行为出现在社会的每一个角落，接受服务的人群也是类别多样。特别是在大学中，大学生们利用自己的空闲时间，积极投身于志愿活动中，既帮助了需要帮助的人，也锻炼了自己的能力。通过问卷调查，对大学生参加志愿服务活动的行为动机进行调查，整理、分析问卷后，了解大学生参与志愿服务活动的行为动机偏向，以便更好的抓住大学生的志愿服务心理，做出正确的引导培训激励，提高志愿服务的水平。
• Nowadays, more and more voluntary service activities appear in every corner of the society as a common behavior, and the people receiving service are of various categories. Especially in college, college students use their spare time to devote themselves to volunteer activities, which not only help people in need, but also exercise their ability. Through questionnaire survey, the behavioral motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service activities is investigated. After sorting and analyzing the questionnaire, the behavioral motivation bias of college students to participate in volunteer service activities is understood, so as to better grasp the psychology of college students’ volunteer service, make correct guidance and training incentives, and improve the level of volunteer service.
