跨文化视角下新时代高校心理健康服务体系的转型探索

  • 摘要: 基于跨文化的比较研究发现,欧美和我国港台地区的学校心理健康服务工作以法制化、“三级干预模式”、聚焦教师专业技能为特点,而我国境内是以政策建议、“德育—心育”  结合的双驱模式和重视教师综合能力为特点。未来境内高校心理健康服务体系建设可考虑从以下方面完善:提升心理健康服务规范性 ; 确定部门 职责与合作模式;构建科学心理健康服务体系;加强专业人才队伍建设;创新具有中国特色的服务措施;建立有效的服务评估机制。
  • Based on a cross-cultural comparative perspective, it is found that school mental health services in European countries, America, Hong Kong and Taiwan are characterized by legalization, a“three-level intervention model”, and focusing on teachers’ professional skills, while China mainland is characterized by policy recommendation, a dual-drive model combining “moral education and mental education”and emphasizing on teachers' comprehensive ability. In the future, the mental health service model of universities in mainland China can be improved from the following aspects: improve the standardization of mental health services, determine departmental responsibilities and cooperation models, build a scientific mental health service system, strengthen the construction of professional talents, innovate service measures with Chinese characteristics and establish an effective service evaluation mechanism.
