  • 摘要: 本文主要介绍分层教学的概念其在国内外的发展现状,分析其在教学实践中存在的问题。分层教学的发展呈破竹之势且其形式越来越多元化,但是它在教学实施的过程中仍存在着问题,如因分层标准不够合理而引起的学生自信心降低。我们建议在教学实施中,应进一步优化分层标准,并根据学生的反馈进行动态调整。要求教师要更严格的对待自己的教学,灵活的运用分层教学法。
  • This study mainly introduces the development of the concept of stratified teaching at home and abroad, and analyzes its problems in teaching practice. The development of stratified teaching has a tendency of breaking bamboo and its forms are becoming more and more diversified, but there are some problems in the process of its implementation, such as the decrease of students' self-confidence due to the lack of reasonable stratification standards. We suggest that the stratification standard should be optimized and dynamically adjusted according to students' feedback. Teachers should be stricter with their own teaching, flexible use of hierarchical teaching.
