and to promote family harmony and social harmony. Innovating the teaching mode of elderly education
and applying the flipped classroom theory to elderly education and teaching is conducive to improving
the quality of elderly education and learning. Designing elderly education and teaching according
to the learning characteristics of elderly students needs to clarify the learning objectives, clarify the
learning tasks, guide the process of knowledge exploration, create an atmosphere of communication and
interaction, and pay attention to the process of teaching reflection.
我国全面进入老龄化社会,推动发展老年教育对提升老年人生命质量,完善终身教育体系,加快推进学习型社会建设非常必要。新形势下老年教育教学创新,是积极应对人口老龄化社会的现实需求、是实现老年人全面发展的需要、是适应老年人口学习特点的需要、是促进家庭和谐与社会和谐的需要。创新老年教育教学模式,将翻转课堂理论运用到老年教育教学中有利于提升老年教育、老年学习质量,根据老年学员的学习特点设计老年教育教学,需要做到明确学习目标、明确学习任务、引导知识探究过程、营造交流互动氛围、重视教学反思过程。
