  • 摘要: 大学生心理健康教育课如何启智润心是广大高校大心课教师一直探索的问题。作为一种重要的学习资源,家 庭历史叙事活动是值得尝试的一种方法。文章分析了家庭历史叙事活动在提升学生情绪幸福、提高克服挑战 和化解空心化危机等方面的作用,并对家庭叙事活动在大心课中的实施路径进行探讨。
  • How to enlighten wisdom and nourish mind of college students in mental health education course is a problem that the teachers of college students’ mental health education have been exploring. As an important learning resource, family history narration is worth trying. This paper analyzes the role of family history narrative activities in improving students’ emotional happiness, overcoming challenges and resolving hollowing crises, and discusses the implementation path of family history narrative activities in college students’ mental health education class.
