  • 摘要: 中小学教师的科研能力是指运用研究方法创造性地解决自身实际教学问题的能力。主要包括创新性地提出科研课题的能力、搜集和整理文献资料的能力、设计研究方案的能力、教学实验的能力、分析数据的能力、文字表达的能力、应用和推广研究成果的能力。可以通过确定正确的教育科研理念,营造科研氛围,掌握教育研究的基本知识和基本方法,改革学校科研管理的方式促进中小学教师科研能力的提升。
  • The scientific research ability of primary and middle school teachers refers to the ability to solve their own practical teaching problems creatively by using research methods. It mainly includes the ability to creatively put forward scientific research topics, the ability to collect and sort out literature, the ability to design research schemes, the ability of teaching experiments, the ability to analyze data, the ability to express in words, and the ability to apply and promote research results. We can improve the scientific research ability of primary and middle school teachers by making sure the correct idea of scientific research, creating the atmosphere of scientific research, mastering the basic knowledge and methods of educational research, and reforming the management of scientific research in schools.
