大学英语写作教学策略的研究——从语言层面和思维层面分析

  • 摘要: 在大学英语“听说读写译”的几项技能中,相对来讲,学生最不擅长写作。究其原因,不仅体现在相对欠缺 的语言能力如:词汇、语法、句型结构等,更重要的原因是学生面对写作只是机械地背诵和模仿,逻辑思维 能力和批判性思维能力欠缺,无法输出逻辑紧凑、观点鲜明、结构合理的习作,长此以往,写作水平和能力 无法得到提高。前者(语言层面)通过升级词汇难度,强化语法训练,借助信息技术批改平台等途径得到有 效提升,后者(思维层面)相对棘手,本文通过引入图形化思维工具思维导图教学手段,总结出有效的写作 教学途径,不仅能激发学生写作的兴趣 , 更能有效地提高学生的写作能力。
  • Among the skills of College English “listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation”, students are relatively not good at writing. The reason why students can’t improve their writing ability is not only the lack of language knowledge, but also the lack of logical thinking and critical thinking. The former (language level) can be effectively improved by upgrading the difficulty and variety of vocabulary, strengthening grammar training, and using the information technology platform for correction. The latter (thinking level) is relatively challenging. This paper summarizes effective strategies of writing by introducing graphical thinking tools-mind map as the teaching method, which can not only stimulate students’ interest in writing, but also improve their writing ability more effectively.
