- 摘要： 保障农村幼儿游戏权利是增强保教质量的关键举措。当前湘西农村幼儿游戏权利保障正面临着政策困境、行动困境及师资困境。破解困境，需在制度层面健全游戏权利保障管理体系，在实践层面保障游戏所涉要素的有机整合，在师资层面推动幼儿园教师游戏素养稳步提升。
- Ensuring rural children’s right-to-play is a key measure to enhance the quality of Kindergarten education. At present, the protection of children’s rights to play in rural areas of Western Hunan is facing dilemmas derived from policy, action and teacher quality. To address these issues, it is necessary to improve the right-to-play protection management system, ensure the organic integration of the elements involved in play, and promote the kindergarten teachers’ play guidance ability.
