“双减”背景下教师减负的有效路径探析

  • 摘要: “双减”政策下的教育变革在对教师提出新要求的同时出现了工作内容繁杂、工作任务加重以及多方施压使教师负担过重的现象。文章分析了教师负担过重的原因并提出了教师减负的有效路径,通过多方协同育人, 助推教师压力分摊;厘清权责边界,促进教育系统和谐发展;坚持以评促教,注重民主式教师管理;优化资源配置,加大教育资源补给,以减轻教师不合理的负担,创造良好的育人环境与教师专业发展环境。
  • The educational reform under the policy of “double reduction” has put forward new requirements for teachers, but at the same time, the work content is complicated, the task is heavier, and the teachers are overburdened by various pressures. This paper analyzes the causes of teachers’ heavy burden and puts forward an effective way to reduce teachers’ burden. It helps teachers to share the pressure through multi cooperation; Clarify the boundary of power and responsibility, and promote the harmonious development of the education system; Insist on promoting teaching by evaluation and pay attention to democratic teacher management; We should optimize the allocation of resources and increase the supply of educational resources to reduce teachers’ unreasonable burden and create a good environment for education and teacher professional development.
