论教师德性与教师幸福

  • 摘要: 教师德性是教师在长期的职业实践中积淀而生成的一种内在于主体心灵的品性,是教师在教育教学活动中通过自我体验、感悟与修养而内化职业的要求与规范、伦理与责任所形成的个体性品质。教师幸福是教师实现其人之为人的德性意义的一种完满的存在,是一种精神性的雅福,一种基于教师德性的心性能力。根据“福德一致”的思想,教师要想实现个人幸福和教育幸福,就一定要不断加强师德修养,以德谋福。教师通过在内省慎独中修己立身、在敬岗爱生中成己成人、在以身载道中坚守信念,从而不断提升教师幸福,并引领学生享受教育幸福。
  • Teachers’ virtue is a character that is inherent in the heart of subject, accumulated in longterm professional practice of teachers. It is an individual quality formed by internalizing professional requirements and norms, ethics and responsibilities through self-experience, self- perception and selfcultivation in educational and teaching activities. Teachers’ happiness is a perfect existence in which teachers realize the moral meaning of human being. It is a spiritual blessing and a mental ability based on teachers’ virtue. According to the thought of consistence between virtue and happiness, if teachers want to achieve personal happiness and educational happiness, they must constantly strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ morality and seek happiness with virtue. Teachers can continuously improve teachers’ happiness and lead students to enjoy the happiness of education by self-cultivating and self-relying in introspection, achieving themselves and others in the dedication to work and students, and adhering to faith in the practice of Tao.
