  • 摘要: 全日制工程硕士的培养侧重于工程应用,主要是为企业培养应用型、复合型高层次技术和工程管理人才。本文剖析了未能深度融合工程理念、人才培养模式理论化、工程实践资源薄弱等问题,并提出双创能力模式,包括工程职业素养、工程实践能力、创新能力及创业能力等四个维度。问卷调研结果表明,全日制工程硕士 的工程实践能力、创新能力较好,而工程职业素养及创业能力有待提高。高校和企业需要同时制定促进工程硕士双创能力的提升机制。
  • The training system of full time master of engineering emphasizes engineering appliaction. Its target is to cultivate the engineering managers who have the application-oriented and mixed capabilities. This paper investigated the problems in low degree of convergence, over-emphasized theory and lacking of practicing resources. And engineering capabilies consist of four dimesions: the engineering accomplishment, engineering practing capabilities, innovation capabilities and entrepreneurship capabilities. The questionnare indicates that the students have better engineering practing capabilities and innovation capabilities. However, the students should improve the engineering accomplishment, and entrepreneurship capabilities. The unversities and firms should together design the improving mechanisms.
