十八大以来“中国教育小康指数”的变化与思考

• 摘要： 本文对诞生于2005年《小康》杂志的“中国教育小康指数”进行搜集整理和量化研究。十八大即2012年以 来，党的教育政策做出了重大战略调整，教育投入持续增加，教育普及不断提升，教育公平获得突破，几年的努力已经显示出效果。2015年到2020年，“中国教育小康指数”及其各项权重指标都呈现出加速增长趋势，并在2020年全部达到90分；结合中国教育当前需要和其他国家的教育指标经验，指出了在“中国教育小康指数”的不足。
• This paper collects and studies the “China Education well-off index” which was born in 2005. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 2012, the party’s education policy has made a major strategic adjustment. The investment in education continues to increase, the popularization of education continues to improve, and the equity of education has been broken through. From 2015 to 2020, “China’s education well-off index” and its weight indicators show an accelerated growth trend, and all of them will reach 90 points in 2020.Combined with the current needs of China’s education and the education index experience of other countries, this paper points out the shortcomings of “China’s education well-off index”.
