Abstract:
Small school is the key for guaranteeing the proximity of rural students to remote schools as well as promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. However, there are many problems, in aspects of teacher’s role orientation, resource allocation, insufficient number of teachers and serious lossand so on. Therefore, Small schools in rural areas should adopt multigrade teaching, make full use of potential teaching resources, adopt effective teaching methods, attract outstanding teachers to teach and so on. Only applying these strategies, the quality of small schools and the long-term development of small schools should be promoted.
在我国西北偏远农村,存在着大量的小规模学校,这类学校是保证农村学生就近入学的关键,是促进义务教育均衡发展的重要载体。研究基于S省六县的调研发现,多数农村小规模学校仍面临着发展困境,包括办学经费不充足、办学条件相对滞后、教学资源结构性短缺与浪费并存、教师数量不足且流失严重、教学方法单一、复式教学质量差、课程整合效能低等诸多方面。鉴于此,偏远农村小规模学校应进一步整合课程,开 展基于项目式学习的多级整班教学;采用多元教学方法;提高教学资源利用率;优化师资配置;挖掘社会资源,进而全面提升办学质量,促进义务教育优质均衡发展。
