• 摘要： 本文通过对辽宁省经济社会发展现状及其对于相关涉外英语人才需求的分析，探讨以行业需求为导向，以教学质量为抓手的英语专业本科教学改革与实践的路径及教学质量保障体系的构建，旨在顺应区域经济社会发展需求，更好地培养应用型和复合型外语人才，以其为辽宁省经济社会发展和东北老工业基地的振兴做出贡献。
• Through the analysis of the current situation of economic and social development in Liaoning Province and the demand for English talents, the article intends to explore the approaches to undergraduate teaching reform and practice of English majors and the construction of teaching quality assurance system, which is guided by the demand of the industry and focuses on teaching quality, so as to meet the needs of regional economic and social development, better cultivate applied and all-round foreign language talents, and make contributions to the economic and social development of Liaoning Province and the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
