• 摘要： 儿童早期发展对个人生命质量至关重要，在0-3岁不同发展阶段提供针对性的回应性照护是保障早期儿童发展质量的重要内容。本研究选取S地3户年龄分别在0-1、1-2、2-3阶段的婴幼儿家庭进行连续3天的观察，从婴幼儿家长回应目的、方式、策略、效果等方面进行具体分析，以期发现家长回应行为的特征和问题，并从回应式喂养理念出发，提出优化建议。
• Early childhood development is crucial for the quality of life in a person’s life, and providing targeted and responsive care at different stages of development from 0 to 3 years old is an important aspect of ensuring the quality of early childhood development. This study selected three households with infants and young children aged 0-1, 1-2, and 2-3 in S area for continuous observation for three days. From the perspectives of themes, methods, strategies, and effects of parents’ response to infants and young children.In order to find out the characteristics and problems of parents’ response behavior, and from the concept of response feeding, put forward optimization suggestions.
