教师教育者的素养培养探究——以哥伦比亚大学教师教育博士培养项目为例

  • 摘要: 提升教师队伍的整体素质,关键在于加强教师教育质量;加强教师教育的质量,关键在于提高教师教育者队伍建设。教师教育者的素养培养与教师教育者能力紧密相关,与国家教育水平也一脉而动,更是教师教育专业发展的重要方面,理应被置于重点关注视域之中。本文主要基于对哥伦比亚大学教师教育博士培养项目的分析与讨论,总结其教师教育者素养培养的相关特点,回归到我国教师教育者培养与教师教育专业发展的立场,提出几点审视与思考。
  • The key to improving the overall quality of teachers is to strengthen the quality of teachers’ education; The key to strengthening the quality of teacher education lies in improving the construction of teacher educators. The literacy cultivation of teacher educators is closely related to the ability of teacher educators, and it is also closely related to the national education level. It is also an important aspect of the development of teacher education, which should be placed in the focus of attention. Based on the analysis and discussion of the doctoral training program of teacher education in Columbia University, this paper summarizes the relevant characteristics of its teacher educator literacy training, returns to the position of teacher educator training and teacher education professional development in China, and puts forward some observations and thoughts.
