Abstract:
In response to the psychological needs of college students in the new era, which present valuelevel issues such as “empty heart disease,” mental health education classes in universities should effectively improve teaching methods, integrate positive values into mental health education through classic Chinese excellent cultural stories, campus spiritual and cultural stories, and personal life stories, which will help college students explore their self-worth, enhance their self-concept, and shape a healthy mindset.
针对新时代大学生的心理需求呈现出像空心病这类价值层面的问题,高校心理健康教育课要有效改进教学方法,把经典的中华优秀文化故事和校园精神文化故事以及个人生命故事将正能量价值观融入心理健康教育,有助于大学生探索自我价值,增强自我观念,塑造健康的心理。
