  • 摘要: 乡村学校劳动教育作为教育与生产劳动相结合在乡村教育方面的主要表现形式,有助于培养乡村高水平人才和乡村振兴战略目标的实现。然而,当下乡村学校在具体实施过程中仍出现劳动教育内容局限于纯体力劳动、实施途径窄化、与乡村社会的互动不足等问题。为了推动乡村学校劳动教育的实施,亟需提高乡村学校校长和教师对劳动教育的认识,加强乡村学校劳动教育的时代特殊性和区域特殊性,保障乡村社会对乡村学校劳动教育提供的资源,提升乡村学校劳动教育的专业性。
  • As a primary form of integrating education with productive labor in rural areas, rural schoollabor education contributes to the cultivation of high-level rural talents and the realization of thestrategic goal of rural revitalization. However, at present, in the specific implementation process, ruralschools still face issues such as the limitation of labor education content to pure physical labor, narrowedimplementation approaches, and insufficient interaction with rural communities. In order to promotethe implementation of labor education in rural schools, it is urgent to enhance the understanding oflabor education among rural school principals and teachers, emphasize the temporal and regionalcharacteristics of labor education in rural schools, ensure that rural communities provide resources forlabor education in rural schools, and enhance the professionalism of labor education in rural schools.
