Abstract:
Young talents are a key factor in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. Cultivating young talents is an important task and mission for the development of state-owned enterprises. In recent years, state-owned enterprises have actively responded to the national talent policy call and vigorously recruited excellent young employees. However, there are still issues in the cultivation of young talents, such as incomplete training system, single training methods, and lagging training paces. To enhance the quality and efficiency of cultivating young talents, measures such as clarifying training objectives and positioning, formulating targeted training plans, constructing diversified training systems, and establishing effective incentive mechanisms can be taken. These measures can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of young talents and improve the quality and efficiency of youth talent training in state-owned enterprises.
青年人才是推进企业实现可持续发展的关键因素,培养好青年人才是国有企业发展的重要任务和使命。近年来,国有企业积极响应国家人才政策号召,大力吸纳优秀青年员工,然而,在青年人才培养方面仍存在培养机制不健全、培养方式单一、培养速度滞后等问题。通过明确培养的目标和定位、制定针对性的培养计划、构建多元化的培养体系、建立有效的激励机制等措施,可以激发青年人才的积极性和创造力,进而提升国有企业青年人才培养的质量与效率。
