Abstract:
Digital technology is accelerating the transformation of vocational education, and the digital capabilities of vocational college teachers are crucial to teaching quality and students’ career development. This article analyzes the essence of digital teaching and examines its four core dimensions: resource transformation, process reengineering, evaluation innovation, and management enhancement. It proposes that teachers need to possess five core competencies, including intelligent design and resource development. To achieve this, a multi-level enhancement pathway is suggested: at the national level, improving standards and driving capability iteration through competitions and incentives; at the institutional level, deepening school-enterprise collaboration and building systematic training and resource support systems; and for teachers, leveraging open educational resources and learning communities for self-improvement. The article advocates for the establishment of an intelligent evaluation system to optimize teaching strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
数字技术加速职业教育转型,高职教师数字化能力关乎教学质量与学生职业发展。本文解析数字化教学内涵,剖析数字化教学四大核心维度——资源转型、流程再造、评价革新与管理升级,提出教师需具备智能设计、资源开发等五项核心能力。文中提出多层级提升高职教师数字化教学能力路径:国家层面完善标准,以竞赛与奖励驱动能力迭代;院校层面深化校企合作,构建系统性培训与资源支持体系;教师依托开放资源与学习共同体实现自主提升。同时倡导建立智能评价体系,通过全维度数据分析优化教学策略。
