Abstract:
Teachers Concern refers to the concern of teachers towards issues related to their profession and teaching. Teacher concern is closely related to teacher development. From concerning on teachers themselves to concerning on students is the first sublimation of teachers concern, which belongs to the sublimation of professional ethics and promotes teachers to regard the development of students as their professional mission. From concerning on students to concerning on the professional significance of teachers is the second sublimation of teachers concern, which belongs to the sublimation of bioethics. The second sublimation of Teachers concern can promote teachers to enjoy their teaching work on a spiritual level, thus enabling them to better complete their teaching work.
教师关注是教师对教师职业相关问题和教学相关问题的关注。教师关注与教师发展紧密相关。从关注教师自身到关注学生是教师关注的第一次升华,这一升华属于职业伦理层面的升华,促使教师始终以学生的发展为职业使命。从关注学生到关注教师职业意义是教师关注的第二次升华,这一升华属于生命伦理层面的升华。教师关注的第二次升华可以促使教师在精神层面享受教师工作,从而更好地完成教学工作。
