  • Abstract: This paper focuses on labor arbitration teaching in the “Fundamentals of Economic Law” course for secondary vocational accounting affairs majors, thoroughly exploring the integration strategies and practical effects of curriculum ideological and political education. Through analyzing the characteristics of teaching content and student learning conditions, it clarifies the necessity of integrating ideological and political education. The study elaborates on the integration methods and teaching strategies of ideological-political education in various instructional design stages, comprehensively summarizes practical achievements, and reflects on existing shortcomings. This research provides valuable references and replicable practical paradigms for the ideological-political construction of the “Fundamentals of Economic Law” curriculum in secondary vocational education. 本文聚焦中职会计事务专业“经济法基础”课程中的劳动仲裁教学,深入探究课程思政的融入策略与实践成效。通过分析教学内容的特性、学情状况,阐明课程思政融入的必要性,详尽阐述思政教育在教学设计各环节的融入方式和教学策略,全面总结实践成果并反思存在的不足,为中职“经济法基础”课程思政建设提供极具价值的参考和可复制的实践范式。
