  • Abstract: As an important engine for the development of new quality productivity, artificial intelligence has triggered the transformation of industry enterprises, employment and career structure, and put forward new requirements for talents and education. These changes have undoubtedly become a realistic demand for the transformation and development of labor education. However, there are still many deficiencies in the current labor education in terms of educational philosophy, curriculum system, teaching content and methods, teaching staff, evaluation mechanism, etc., which are difficult to meet the needs of the artificial intelligence era. In order to explore the transformation and innovation strategies of labor education in the era of artificial intelligence, this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature, induction, and deduction, and systematically sorts out the objective demands of labor education reform in the era of artificial intelligence through theoretical analysis and case studies, and puts forward specific implementation paths, including: establishing the concept of labor education in the era of artificial intelligence, constructing the curriculum content of labor education in the era of artificial intelligence, building a teaching team that meets the needs of labor education in the era of artificial intelligence, exploring new teaching methods based on artificial intelligence and improving the evaluation mechanism of labor education empowered by artificial intelligence. These strategies have important theoretical and practical value for promoting labor education to meet the needs of the era of artificial intelligence, expanding its connotation and extension, and improving its quality and effect. 作为发展新质生产力的重要引擎,人工智能引发了行业企业的变革、就业与职业结构的变化,对人才与教育提出了新的要求。这些变革无疑成为劳动教育转型发展的现实诉求。然而,当前劳动教育在教育理念、课程体系、教学内容与方法、师资队伍、评价机制等方面仍存在诸多不足,难以适应人工智能时代的需求。为了探讨人工智能时代劳动教育的转型与创新策略,本研究综合运用文献法、归纳法、演绎法等方法,通过理论分析和案例研究,系统梳理了人工智能时代劳动教育变革的客观诉求,并提出了具体的实现路径,包括:树立人工智能时代的劳动教育观,构建人工智能时代的劳动教育课程内容,打造适应人工智能时代劳动教育需求的师资队伍,探索基于人工智能的新型教学方法,完善人工智能赋能的劳动教育评价机制。这些策略对推动劳动教育适应人工智能时代的需要、拓展其内涵与外延、提升质量与效果具有重要的理论与实践价值。
