Abstract:
The examination of students’ mental health in China mainly focuses on the individual’s physiological and psychological levels currently, while students’ mental health is inextricably linked to social determinants. In this paper, we start from “Social Determinants” and rely on the structural framework of “Social Determinants of Mental Health” (SDMH) to explore its use in secondary school psychology courses. We explored the prospect and application of SDMH in secondary school psychology courses. The study found that China’s secondary school psychology curriculum is characterized by a lack of interdisciplinary knowledge and professionalism among teachers, a lack of substantive intervention tools and a lack of community support systems, especially the lack of family education instructors. It is recommended that teachers should cooperate with each other across disciplines, improve the mechanism of psychological crisis prevention and intervention, and construct a community support system in order to promote holistic supplementary teaching.
目前我国对学生心理健康的考察主要集中在个体生理与心理层面,而学生的心理健康与社会决定因素密不可分。本文从“社会决定因素”(Social Determinants)出发,依托“心理健康的社会决定因素”(Social Determinants of Mental Health,简称SDMH)的结构框架,探究其在中学心理课程中的辅助教学前景及应用。研究发现,我国中学心理课程存在心理教师专业性不足,缺乏跨学科知识;家校社医联动不足,缺乏实质性干预工具;社区支持体系建不完善,尤其是家庭教育指导师匮乏等挑战。建议教师之间开展学科间跨专业合作,完善心理危机预防与干预机制,构建社区支持体系,以推进整体性辅助教学。
