Abstract:
Based on the daily work of front-line head teachers over many years and combined with the national survey data on the survival status of head teachers, this paper reveals the real predicaments of head teachers in roles such as “class managers”, “subject teachers”, “moral education mentors”, “temporary parents”, “psychological first responders”, and “Bridges between home and school”. Combining educational governance theory and role theory, and based on the latest educational policies, this paper attempts to deconstruct the connotations of multiple roles of head teachers, analyze the root causes of role conflicts, and propose effective paths for role balance and professional empowerment, providing a breakthrough path for grassroots head teachers.
本文以一线班主任多年的工作日常为基底,结合全国班主任生存状况调研数据,揭示班主任在“班级管理者”“学科教师”“德育导师”“临时父母”“心理急救员”“家校桥梁”等角色中的真实困境。结合教育治理理论和角色理论,根据最新教育政策,尝试解构班主任多重角色的内涵,分析角色冲突的根源,并提出角色平衡与专业赋能的有效路径,为基层班主任提供破局路径。
