  • Abstract: The high-quality development of adult education is inseparable from the construction of the curriculum system, and the development of the curriculum also relies on the guidance of specific theories. Based on the analysis of Doll’s “4R” theory, this paper combines the series of problems existing in the current curriculum construction of adult higher education, namely, curriculum objectives lagging behind social development, systematic disconnection of curriculum content, rigidity and lack of vitality in curriculum implementation, and simplification and lack of systematicness in curriculum evaluation. It points out that the curriculum reform of adult higher education should address the lagging curriculum objectives with Richness, improve the systematic disconnection of curriculum content with Recursion, resolve the rigidity in curriculum implementation with Relation, and optimize the simplification of the curriculum evaluation system with Rigor. 成人教育的高质量发展离不开课程体系的建设,而课程的发展亦离不开具体理论的指导。本文在分析多尔“4R”理论的基础上,结合当下成人高等教育课程建设存在的系列问题,即课程目标滞后于社会发展、课程内容系统性脱节、课程实施僵化与活力性缺失、课程评价单一化与体系性缺失,指出成人高等教育课程改革要以丰富性破解课程目标滞后问题;以循环性改善课程内容系统性脱节;以关联性消解课程实施僵化困局;以严密性优化课程评价体系单一化问题。
