Abstract:
Under the strategic background of building China into a leading country in education, the balanced development of urban and rural basic education is the key link to realize educational equity. This study takes Yiyang Education Community as the research object, and discusses the realistic gap between urban and rural basic education in terms of resource allocation, teachers’ strength and education quality through field investigation and analysis. It is found that the balanced level of urban and rural education in Yiyang has been improved in recent years through policy support, standardized school construction and the application of information technology, but there are still outstanding problems such as the loss of teachers in rural schools, insufficient hardware facilities and single curriculum structure. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as training mechanism of mental health, improving teachers’ mobility and incentive policies, promoting the deep integration of “Internet and education”, and building a coordinated development community of urban and rural basic education, so as to provide reference for Yiyang City and similar areas to promote the balanced development of basic education and help realize the goal of strengthening the country through education.
在建设教育强国的战略背景下,城乡基础教育均衡发展是实现教育公平的关键环节。本研究以益阳市教育共同体为研究对象,通过实地调研分析,探讨其城乡基础教育在资源配置、师资力量、教育质量等方面的现实差距。研究发现,益阳市近年来通过政策扶持、标准化学校建设和信息化手段应用,城乡教育均衡水平有所提升,但仍存在乡村学校师资流失、硬件设施不足、课程结构单一等突出问题。针对这些问题,本文提出心理健康培养机制、完善教师流动与激励政策、推动“互联网+教育”深度融合、构建城乡基础教育协同发展共同体等对策建议,以期为益阳市乃至同类地区推进基础教育均衡发展提供参考,助力教育强国目标的实现。
