• Abstract: As a significant revolutionary base in China, Liaoning boasts abundant red culture resources, which not only carry profound historical memories but also embody deep spiritual values. Based on this, this paper focuses on the red culture elements of Liaoning as the research subject, addressing the developmental challenges in integrating ideological and political education into Chinese language courses for international students. By combining practical considerations, it proposes relevant suggestions aimed at enhancing international students' cultural and national identity, offering new perspectives for the ideological and political development of internationalized curricula in higher education. 辽宁作为中国重要的革命老区，拥有丰富的红色文化资源，这些资源不仅承载着厚重的历史记忆，也蕴含着深刻的精神价值。基于此，本文以辽宁红色文化元素为研究内容，围绕来华留学生汉语课程思政教育实践的发展困境，结合实际提出相关建议，旨在提升来华留学生的文化认同与国家认同，为高校国际化课程思政提供新思路。
