  • Abstract: To address the structural contradictions in innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities, such as disconnection between curricula, fragmented platforms, and insufficient motivation, this study constructs a “Three-Dimensional Synergy Model” based on educational ecology and the triple helix theory, with Hunan City University as an example. The model includes three aspects: in the disciplinary dimension, it restructures the curriculum system by leveraging distinctive advantages and implements a flexible academic structure; in the ecological dimension, it establishes an integrated on- and off-campus incubation network to enhance resource consolidation; in the institutional dimension, it innovates faculty mechanisms and incentive policies to boost proactive engagement in innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. Through these three synergistic drivers, the model achieves deep collaboration between the education chain and the industry chain, forming a replicable reform paradigm. It provides practical pathways for application-oriented universities to overcome the challenges of industry-education integration. 针对应用型高校双创教育中存在的课程脱节、平台碎片化及动力不足等结构性矛盾,本研究以教育生态学与三螺旋理论为基础,以湖南城市学院为实例,构建“三维协同模型”:在学科维度,依托特色优势重构课程体系,推行弹性学制;在生态维度,打造校内外贯通的孵化网络,强化资源整合;在制度维度,创新师资机制与激励政策,提升双创工作主观能动性。该模型通过三轮驱动,实现教育链与产业链的深度协同,形成可复制的改革范式,为应用型高校破解产教融合困境提供实践路径。
