Abstract:
Traditional large-class teaching, due to its inherent limitations, can no longer meet contemporary demands or the practical requirements of creative writing instruction. Under circumstances where fully implementing workshopbased instruction is not yet feasible, it becomes necessary to explore a hybrid model that integrates large-class teaching with workshop-style grouping. By constructing a three-stage spiral teaching structure, emphasizing teacher collaboration and role restructuring, and applying dynamic grouping strategies, step-by-step task chain design, a multi-dimensional evaluation system, and the empowerment of local culture in specific teaching practices, this model effectively combines large-class teaching with workshop grouping. It seeks to strike a balance between educational efficiency and the principles of creative writing within the current context of creative writing instruction at local universities.
传统大班制教学因其固有缺陷,已无法适应时代要求和创意写作教学实际。在当前无法施行完全工坊制教学的现状下,探讨大班教学与工坊式分组的融合模式具有必要。本文通过建构三阶段螺旋式教学结构,强调师资协同和角色重构,在具体教学实践中应用动态分组策略、阶梯式任务链设计、多维评价体系,并强化地方文化赋能,有效搭建起大班制教学与工坊制分组的融合路径,力求在当前地方高校创意写作教学实际中,寻求教育效率与创作规律之间的平衡。
