体育职前教师与新手教师教学能力培养方式研究

  • Abstract: With the continuous deepening of educational reform, China has gradually developed a talent training system tailored to its national conditions. However, the effectiveness of such a high-quality training system heavily relies on the implementation by teaching practitioners, whose theoretical knowledge and practical execution significantly impact the quality of talent development. Due to their limited teaching experience, pre-service and novice teachers exhibit a considerable gap in pedagogical competence compared to experienced teachers. This study aims to provide methodological recommendations for pre-service and novice teachers, striving to shorten the time required for their professional development and effectively ensure the realization of educational equity. Employing a literature review approach, this research synthesizes relevant domestic and international studies and draws the following conclusions: In their career development, pre-service and novice teachers should, first, transform their mindset and adhere strictly to the standards of qualified teachers; second, focus on accumulating teaching management methods and techniques, continually refining them through practice; and finally, emphasize post-class reflection to consistently summarize experiences and accumulate reflective insights. 随着教育改革不断深化,我国逐步摸索出一套符合国情的人才培养体系。但高质量的培养体系高度依赖教学实施者的执行效果,其理论知识储备与实际执行方式均会对人才培养质量产生影响。职前教师与新手教师因教学经验不足,在教学能力上与成熟教师存在较大差距。本文致力于为职前教师与新手教师提供方法论层面的建议,力求缩短教师专业发展所需时间,切实保障教育公平的落实。研究采用文献法,通过梳理中外相关文献,得出以下结论:职前教师与新手教师在生涯发展中,首先,需转变思维观念,以合格教师的标准严格要求自身;其次,应注重教学管理方法与技巧的积累,并在实践中不断打磨优化;最后,需重视课后反思,持续总结经验、积累心得。
