Abstract:
The global mental health situation is increasingly severe, resulting in a significant shortage of professionals. China faces multiple challenges in this field, including an insufficient number of psychiatrists, uneven distribution, and a traditional training model, which leads to mental health major medical students lacking clinical thinking and practical abilities. This study aims to construct a phased training model oriented by post competence that runs through the entire process of talent cultivation. By integrating the “biological-psychological-social” medical model, optimizing the curriculum system, innovating practical teaching and assessment methods, and deeply integrating ideological and political education with information technology, this model seeks to systematically enhance students’ comprehensive competencies in clinical skills, professional spirit, scientific research innovation, and humanistic care. It provides a referential paradigm for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented professionals in the field of mental health.
