Abstract:
This paper examines the prevailing issues in the “Chinese Cultural Talents and Display” course within the MTCSOL program, including ambiguous course positioning, overemphasis on skills at the expense of pedagogy, and monotonous assessment methods. It proposes a teaching reform concept centered on nurturing students’ cultural talent presentation skills and pedagogical transformation capabilities. By refining teaching content selection, innovating diverse teaching methods, and advancing process-oriented evaluation reforms, this study aims to transform the course from mere skill instruction to comprehensive training in cultural communication and teaching practice. The research findings provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of MTCSOL talent cultivation.
本文从培养汉语国际教育专业硕士的“核心素养”的视角出发,针对当前汉硕学位课程“中华文化才艺与展示”存在的课程定位模糊、重技能轻教学、考核评价方式单一等问题,提出以培养学生“文化才艺展示能力与教学转化能力”为核心的教学改革理念。通过优化教学内容选择、创新多元化教学方法及推进过程化评价方式等策略建议,旨在推动该课程从单一才艺技能传授,向文化展示传播与教学实践能力培养转型,为提升汉语国际教育专业硕士人才培养质量提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
