• Abstract: Driven by the high-quality development of society and economy, education is transforming towards high quality. As the core carrier of fostering morality and cultivating people, the quality improvement of college ideological and political education is closely linked to affinity. Currently, “improving quality and efficiency” is the core issue of ideological and political education, but the traditional model faces challenges like disjointed content, outdated methods and insufficient effect transformation, making enhancing affinity a key solution to the insufficient effect transformation of traditional ideological and political education. However, existing research still has deficiencies in defining the constituent elements and explaining the generation logic of the affinity in ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the core constituent elements of the affinity and clarifies its generation mechanism, providing support for enriching the theoretical system of ideological and political education and promoting educational practice innovation. 社会经济高质量发展推动教育领域向高质量转型，高校思想政治教育作为立德树人核心载体，其质量提升与亲和力彰显深度关联。当前思想政治教育“提质增效”是核心议题，但传统模式面临内容脱节、方法陈旧、效果转化不足等挑战，提升亲和力是破解传统思政教育效果转化不足的关键。然而，现有研究在思政教育亲和力的构成要素界定与生成逻辑阐释方面仍存在不足。因此，本文解析高校思政教育亲和力的核心构成要素、厘清其生成机理，为丰富思政教育理论体系、推动教育实践创新提供支撑。
