Abstract:
Population development is closely related to the rise and fall of nations, as well as the well-being of their citizens. Currently, China’s population development faces a myriad of challenges such as aging population, low birth rate, and an increasing number of individuals opting not to marry. Female college students represent a crucial demographic for future marriage and childbearing; thus, their perspectives on these issues significantly influence social development and population structure. As the main position of college students’ education, colleges and universities should actively explore educational and guiding strategies for female college students regarding their views on marriage and childbearing. This effort aims to enhance both their willingness and behaviors in this domain. Based on Bandura’s “Self-efficacy Theory”, which posits that an individual’s subjective assessment of their capabilities directly influences their motivation to engage in specific behaviors, this paper explores the establishment of a “four-dimensional linkage” educational guidance path for female college students’ attitudes toward marriage and childbearing. This path encompasses individuals, educational institutions, families, and society at large with the goal of systematically enhance their self-efficacy related to marriage and childbearing, and improve their confidence and willingness in these areas.
人口发展事关国家兴衰和民众福祉。当前,我国人口发展正面临着老龄化、少子化、不婚化等不同形式的问题和挑战。女大学生作为未来婚育的重要主体,其婚育观对社会发展与人口结构影响深远。高校是大学生教育的主阵地,应积极探索女大学生婚育观的教育与引导策略,提升其婚育意愿及行为。基于班杜拉的“自我效能感理论”,个体对自己完成某一行为的自信程度直接影响其行为动机。为此,本文从自我效能感视角出发,探索构建个人、学校、家庭和社会“四维联动”的女大学生婚育观教育引导路径,系统增强其婚育自我效能感,提升其婚育信心与意愿。
