Abstract:
This paper presents a systematic review of research on the teaching practices of career planning in junior high schools within Mainland China from January 2014 to October 2025. Through the analysis of 75 selected studies, this review identifies four core teaching strategies: disciplinary content extension, indirect experiences, direct experiences, and the construction of support systems. It also summarizes four primary teaching objectives: fostering self-awareness, expanding career knowledge, developing planning skills, and shaping work values. The review reveals that current practices exhibit a trend towards increasingly immersive experiential learning and a growing focus on addressing individual student differences. However, challenges remain in the areas of teaching effectiveness evaluation and teacher professional competence. Finally, the article provides curriculum design recommendations for educators and suggests directions for future research.
本文对2014年1月至2025年10月间我国内地初中生涯规划的教学实践研究进行了系统性综述。通过对75篇文献的分析,本研究归纳出学科内容扩展、间接体验、直接体验与建构支持系统四种核心教学策略,并总结了促进自我认知、拓展职业认知、培养规划能力及塑造价值观念四大教学目标。本研究发现,现有实践呈现出体验式教学日益深化、愈发关注学生个体差异的发展趋势,但在教学有效性评估及教师专业能力方面仍有不足。在上述发现的基础上,本研究就课程设计和未来研究提出了建议。
