  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of globalization and the massification of higher education, the construction of university campus culture faces issues of homogenization and a lack of distinctive characteristics. Deeply integrating local cultural resources serves as an effective pathway for building a distinctive and substantive university campus culture and achieving the goal of cultural education. Taking the interactive relationship between “local culture” and “campus culture” as the theoretical foundation, and using Zhejiang University City College as a typical case study, this paper systematically analyzes its innovative practices in transforming Hangzhou’s local cultural resources into educational elements through various dimensions such as the curriculum system, practical teaching, ideological and political education, and spatial landscape. The research indicates that constructing campus culture based on local culture can effectively enhance students’ cultural identity and sense of belonging, shape the university’s unique characteristics, and promote the inheritance and innovation of local culture. Finally, from the three levels of concept, mechanism, and carrier, this paper proposes systematic implementation paths for building a “university-city cultural symbiosis”, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical insights for similar universities. 在全球化与高等教育大众化背景下,高校校园文化建设面临同质化与特色缺失的问题。深度融入在地文化资源,是构建特色鲜明、内涵丰富的高校校园文化,实现文化育人目标的有效路径。本文以“在地文化”与“校园文化”间的互动关系为理论基点,以浙大城市学院为典型案例,系统剖析了其通过课程体系、实践教学、思政教育及空间景观等多维度,将杭州地方文化资源转化为育人要素的创新实践。研究表明,基于在地文化的校园文化建设,能够有效增强学生的文化认同与归属感,塑造学校的办学特色,并促进地方文化的传承与创新。最后,本文从理念、机制与载体三个层面,提出了构建“校城文化共生体”的系统性实施路径,以期为同类高校提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
