  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of the integration of ideological and political education and career education in universities in the new era, This article is based on the research topic of “the coupling between ideological and political education and career education”, Using the “Red Sail Leads the Way, Smart Mapping of Fishing Villages” summer social practice project as an empirical case, Exploring the Mechanisms by Which Red Narratives from a Youth Perspective Promote the Integration of Ideological and Political Education with Career Education. Research has found that by constructing a coupled model of “youth-centered narrative, scenario-based immersive experience, and fullchain practice”, able to effectively achieve a deep alignment between value guidance and career choice. This study systematically integrates the theoretical connotations of the “craftsman spirit” and “rural revitalization”, proposing a coupling mechanism between “red gene and career choice”, providing theoretical support and practical pathways for the innovation of ideological and political education in universities. 在新时代高校思想政治教育与职业生涯教育融合发展的背景下,本文基于“思政教育与职业生涯教育耦合度”课题研究,以“红帆领航智绘渔乡”暑期社会实践项目为实证案例,探讨青年视角红色叙事对思政教育与职业生涯教育耦合的促进机制。研究发现,通过构建“青年主体化叙事+场景化沉浸体验+全链条实践”的耦合模型,能够有效实现价值引领与职业选择的深度契合。本研究将“匠人精神”与“乡村振兴”的理论内涵进行系统整合,提出“红色基因—职业选择”的耦合机制,为高校思想政治教育创新提供理论支撑与实践路径。
