“三全育人”理念视域下民办高校心理健康教育路径探索

  • Abstract: With the popularization of higher education, private universities have become an important part of China’s higher education system. In this context, psychological health education in private universities is especially important. Especially in the implementation of the “Three-All Education” concept, how to enhance the effectiveness of psychological health education by integrating the requirements of whole-process, all-around and all-staff education has become an urgent issue to be addressed. This paper adopts a combination of literature research and empirical investigation methods. Through a questionnaire survey (N=540) and interviews with teachers and students, it deeply analyzes the current status of psychological health education in private universities. Empirical data indicate that there are significant shortcomings in the implementation of psychological health education in private universities under the “Three-All Education” concept, such as low participation from all staff and insufficient coordination in all-around education. Based on the survey results, this paper proposes an optimized path for psychological health education that centers on students and promotes collaboration among families, schools, and the community. Specifically, it includes strengthening the role of students as the main participants, optimizing the curriculum system, integrating educational resources, and constructing an education system with full participation and all-round coverage. The implementation of these paths aims to enhance the psychological health level of students in private universities and promote their physical and mental health as well as all-round development. 随着高等教育的普及,民办高校已成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。在此背景下,民办高校的心理健康教育尤为重要,特别是在实施“三全育人”理念的过程中,如何结合全程、全方位、全员育人的要求,提升心理健康教育的实效性,成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文采用文献研究与实证调查相结合的方法,通过问卷调查(N=540)和师生访谈,深入分析了当前民办高校心理健康教育工作的现状。实证数据表明,民办高校心理健康教育在“三全育人”理念的落实上存在显著短板,主要表现为:全员参与度较低、全方位育人协同不足等问题。本文根据调查结果,提出了以学生为中心、家校社协同的心理健康教育优化路径,具体包括夯实大学生主体地位、优化课程体系、整合教育资源、构建全员参与、全方位覆盖的育人体系。通过这些路径的实施,旨在提升民办高校学生的心理健康水平,促进其身心健康和全面发展。
