  • Abstract: Quality is an eternal theme for textbooks, and editorial processing capability is a core fundamental skill for acquisitions editors. The publication and distribution of a high-quality electronic information textbook cannot be achieved without close collaboration among all links in the entire publishing process. As the core hub connecting authors, graphic designers, typesetters, proofreaders, printers and quality inspection departments, editors’ professional competence directly determines the publishing quality of textbooks. Compared with textbooks in other disciplines, electronic information textbooks are characterized by complex graphic symbols, high formula density, a large number of professional terms, and dense table data, which put forward higher requirements for editors’ practical processing capabilities and disciplinary literacy. Having been deeply engaged in the publishing industry for more than ten years and long focused on the editorial processing of electronic information textbooks, the author summarizes practical experience from two dimensions — quality control throughout the entire publishing process and approaches to professional knowledge accumulation — by combining a large number of practical cases, so as to provide practical references for improving the editorial processing quality of electronic information textbooks. 质量是教材永恒的主题,编辑加工能力是策划编辑的核心基本功。一本高质量电子信息类教材的出版发行,离不开出版全流程各环节的紧密协同。编辑作为连接作者、美编、排版人员、校对人员、印制人员及质检部门的核心枢纽,其专业能力直接决定教材出版质量。电子信息类教材相较于其他学科教材,具有图形符号繁杂、公式密度高、专业名词术语量大、表格数据密集等显著特点,对编辑的实际操作能力与学科素养提出了更高要求。笔者深耕出版行业十几年,长期专注于电子信息类教材编辑加工工作,结合大量实际操作案例,从出版全流程质量管控、专业知识积累路径两大维度总结实践经验,为提升电子信息类教材编辑加工质量提供实操参考。
