Abstract:
By tracking and recording the growth trajectories of students who received disciplinary actions, this study found that such students exhibit three types after the punishment: positive improvement type, stable transition type, and negative resistance type. It analyzes that the university disciplinary system has both positive and negative effects. Therefore, it reflects on the university disciplinary system, pointing out that there are shortcomings in its design, implementation, and evaluation, and suggests that targeted improvements can be made to the university disciplinary system in the future.
本文通过追踪记录违纪处分学生的成长轨迹,发现违纪处分学生在处分后呈现出积极改进型、平稳过渡型、消极对抗型三种类型,分析得出高校惩戒制度具有积极和消极双重影响;从而对高校惩戒制度进行反思,认为高校惩戒制度在设计、执行、评估等方面存在不足,未来可针对性完善高校惩戒制度。
