• Abstract: The spirit of educators is deeply rooted in the rich soil of China’s educational advancement. Forged and elevated through long-term theoretical innovation and rigorous practice, it has infused the construction and high-quality development of counselor studios in the new era with a spiritual core and clarified the development direction. By exploring the intrinsic link between the spirit of educators and the high-quality development of counselor studios, and systematically establishing an implementation mechanism for such development, we can not only provide a practical pathway for counselors to build consensus and enhance their capacity for nurturing talent, but also offer crucial support for fulfilling the fundamental mission of moral education and character cultivation, as well as fostering a new generation of capable young people ready to take on the responsibilities of the times. 教育家精神植根于我国教育发展的深厚土壤，在长期理论创新与实践砥砺中凝结升华，为新时代辅导员工作室的建设与高质量发展注入精神内核、明确发展航标。探索教育家精神与辅导员工作室高质量发展的联系，系统构建其高质量发展的实现机制，不仅能为辅导员队伍凝聚共识、增强育人本领提供实践路径，更能为落实立德树人根本任务、培养堪当重任的时代新人提供重要支撑。
