• Abstract: In shooting sports, the visual system plays a pivotal yet often misunderstood role. The long-held belief that good vision is the key to becoming a sharpshooter is one-sided. From an educational psychology perspective, this paper explores the function of the visual system in various stages of shooting skill development, analyzes the physiological and psychological factors behind the phenomenon of visual shift, and proposes targeted strategies to overcome it. These findings provide a scientific theoretical basis for shooting instruction and training, helping shooters improve accuracy and achieve breakthroughs in training. 射击运动中，视觉系统作用关键却常被误解。长期以来，认为良好视力是成为神枪手的关键这一观点存在片面性。本文从教育心理学视角，深入探讨视觉在射击技能形成各阶段的作用，剖析视力转移现象产生的生理反应和心理素质等方面原因，针对性地提出克服视力转移的有效策略，为射击教学与训练提供科学理论依据，助力射手提升射击精准性，实现训练突破。
