  • Abstract: “Mental Health Education for College Students” is a fundamental course with significant ideological and political value. The integration of mental health education and value education in the implementation of this course has its practical needs and theoretical basis. To improve the content construction of ideological and political education in the implementation of “Mental Health Education for College Students”, we should focus on three aspects: professional foundation, value guidance, and cultivating humanistic spirit and promoting spiritual growth. We should explore the course model of integrating mental health education and value education in “Mental Health Education for College Students” from three aspects: integration foundation, integration form, and integration goal. “大学生心理健康教育”是一门具有重要课程思政价值的基础类课程。“大学生心理健康教育”课程实施过程中将心理健康教育与价值教育进行融合,有其现实需要和理论基础。完善“大学生心理健康教育”实施课程思政的内容建设要注重三个方面,分别是专业奠基、价值引领、促进精神成长。本文从融合基础、融合形态和融合目标三个方面,探索“大学生心理健康教育”心理健康教育与价值教育融合的课程模式。
