Abstract:
Practical innovation is the core professional quality of ideological and political workers in the new era, and it is a necessary ability for students majoring in ideological and political education to adapt to social development. Its cultivation requires the joint efforts of universities, enterprises, and social institutions. Currently, the cultivation of practical innovation ability for students majoring in ideological and political education is still dominated by theoretical teaching in universities, with insufficient depth and breadth of participation from industries, enterprises, and social institutions, resulting in a disconnection between talent training and social needs. This paper starts from the core connotation of industry-education integration, systematically analyzes the realistic difficulties in the cultivation of practical innovation ability for students majoring in ideological and political education, and explores the path of multiparty collaborative training of “government-university-enterprise-society” (hereinafter referred to as “government-university- enterprise-society”) in combination with the particularity of ideological and political disciplines and the requirements of the times, providing a reference for the reform of the talent training mode for students majoring in ideological and political education.
实践创新能力是新时代思政教育工作者的核心职业素养,也是思想政治教育专业学生适应社会发展的必备能力,其培养需高校、行业企业、社会机构协同发力。当前,思想政治教育专业学生实践创新能力培养仍以高校理论教学为主,行业企业及社会机构的参与深度和广度不足,导致人才培养与社会需求脱节。本文从产教融合的核心内涵出发,系统分析思想政治教育专业学生实践创新能力培养面临的现实困境,结合思政教育学科的特殊性与时代要求,探索“政府—高校—企业—社会”(简称“政校企社”)多元协同培养路径,为思想政治教育专业人才培养模式改革提供参考。
