Abstract:
With the increasing demand for high-quality talents in the construction of national defense and military modernization, veteran college students returning to campus are playing an increasingly important role in setting up patriotic models, strengthening national defense education, and promoting conscription work. As a special group tempered by both the “campus gate” and the “military camp gate”, veteran college students returning to campus have unique value in talent cultivation and campus governance of universities. At present, there still exist some problems in the role performance of these students, such as insufficient policy and institutional guarantee, single form of demonstration effect, poor environmental adaptability, low social recognition, and inadequate self-capacity transformation and motivation stimulation. These problems not only affect the own development and growth of veteran college students returning to campus, but also restrict their role performance in the improvement of university education efficiency to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper makes a comprehensive review of the existing research, puts forward optimization strategies from three levels of system, practice and training mechanism, points out the deficiencies of the current research, and proposes future research prospects.
随着国防和军队现代化建设对高素质人才的需求日渐增加,退役复学大学生在树立爱国榜样、加强国防教育、促进征兵工作等方面扮演着日益重要的角色。退役复学大学生作为经历“校门”与“营门”双重淬炼的特殊群体,在高校人才培养与校园治理中具备独特的价值。如今退役复学大学生的作用发挥,仍存在政策制度保障不足、示范作用形式单一、环境适应性差和社会认同度不高、自身能力转化与动力激发不足等问题。这些问题不仅影响了退役复学大学生自身的发展与成长,也在一定程度上制约了他们在高校育人效能的作用发挥。因此,本文对现有研究进行了综合评述,从制度、实践、培训机制三个层面提出了优化策略,指出了现阶段研究的不足之处,并提出了未来研究展望。
