Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of university graduates and the deepening structural contradictions in the job market, cultivating psychological resilience among college students has become a core concern for universities in fulfilling their fundamental mission of fostering virtue and advancing high-quality education. This paper addresses the new landscape and challenges in graduate employment work during the new era. Drawing from the frontline perspective of university counselors, it proposes a four-dimensional employment psychological resilience cultivation system characterized by “full-cycle immersion, multidimensional empowerment, digital support, and collaborative linkage”. Through systematic exploration of practical pathways — including early immersion in career education, targeted cultivation of psychological resilience, precise implementation of categorized guidance, and collaborative empowerment involving universities, enterprises, families, and schools — this paper aims to comprehensively improve college students’ career adaptability, stress and adversity tolerance, and sustainable career development capabilities. It provides theoretical reference and practical paradigms for optimizing university employment guidance systems and enhancing the effectiveness of psychological education.
随着高校毕业生规模持续扩大与就业市场结构性矛盾不断凸显,大学生就业心理品质培养已成为高校落实立德树人根本任务、推进高质量育人工作的重要内容。本文立足新时代高校毕业生就业工作的新形势与新挑战,从高校辅导员的一线工作视角出发,提出构建“全周期渗透、多维度赋能、数字化支撑、协同化联动”的四维就业心理品质培养体系。通过系统探索生涯教育前置浸润、心理韧性精准培育、分类指导精准落地、校企家校协同赋能等实践路径,旨在系统性提升大学生的职业适应能力、抗压受挫能力与职业可持续发展能力,为高校优化就业指导工作体系、强化心理育人实效提供理论参考与实践范式。
